All astrology and tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only. Astrology By Moonspelzs’ services, readings, and advice do not replace that of a licensed medical, legal or financial professional. I do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions during any reading or service. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that under no circumstances shall the owner of Astrology By Moonspelzs and its services be held liable for your or other’s actions, or for direct or indirect damages arising out of your use of this site or services.

Refunds and Cancellations Policy

You must cancel your Astrology Chart Reading within 48 hours PRIOR to your booked appointment. By doing so, you will receive a full refund. However, if you do not cancel 48 hours before and work has already begun on your chart, you will not be eligible for a refund but will be offered to rebook your appointment as per my calendar availability.

For appointments booked for Tarot Card Readings, you will have up to 48 hours PRIOR to the appointment to cancel for a full refund. Cancellations received after this time frame will not receive a refund but will be offered to rebook your appointment as per my calendar availability.

Payment

Payment for all services must be received before the appointment for your reading. Readings will not be booked without payment. Payment will reflect on your statement as “Aquarian Enterprises, LLC”, that is our parent company.

Confidentiality

All readings are 100% confidential and nonjudgmental. Your personal information, including name and birth data, and the details of your reading will not be shared with anyone outside of you and the astrologer. If you sign up for the Astrology by Moonspelzs mailing list, or purchase a product, your email address will never be shared or nor will you ever receive spam from this website.

Intellectual Property Rights

Astrology by Moonspelzs is the owner or licensee of all copyright and other intellectual property rights in any material contained on all Astrology by Moonspelzs website(s) [also referred to as “the Website”] and social media accounts.

You may access any part of the Website and download or copy material directly related to your order (by printing off individual pages onto paper) or download material directly related to your order onto disk (but not on to any server or other device connected to a network) for personal, informational, non-commercial use only. The intellectual property rights in such material shall be retained by Astrology by Moonspelzs or, where the material has been licensed to Astrology by Moonspelzs, by the owners of the rights in the material. Copying, distributing or any use of the material contained on the Website for any commercial purpose is prohibited.

The Website contains trademarks which belong to Astrology by Moonspelzs. Any use of these trademarks by you is forbidden. Astrology by Moonspelzs will take legal action against any individual or organization which seeks to use Astrology by Moonspelzs’ name, material, logos or trademarks for unlawful purposes.

You may not remove any copyright, trademark or intellectual property notices contained in the original material from any material downloaded or copied from the Website.

You may not create a database by systematically downloading substantial parts of the Website.

Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms, or any document referenced in them, are reserved to Astrology by Moonspelzs.
